Background
JK Lakshmi Sirohi plant began operations in 1982 with a capacity of 0.5 million tonnes per annum (mtpa). Its capacity was augmented to 2.4 mtpa in 2001, to 4.2 mtpa in 2009, to 4.7 mtpa in 2015.[1]
