Background
The official website of the People's Government of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region released the “mass letters and visits to report on the transfer and side supervision and side correction of the public situation (the twenty-fifth batch),” which involves the Abaga Banner Jidong Cement Plant occupying the grassland near Sārūlāxili Gacha for construction, destroying the local ecological environment.[1]
