Background

The Jintang-Cezi Oil Pipeline is listed under the 14th Five-Year Development Plan for Coal, Oil, and Natural Gas in Zhejiang Province, published in 2021. It is proposed with three pipelines of the same route.

The Jintang Crude Oil Transportation and Storage Base project, with a total investment of 9 billion RMB, is expected to be completed in 2025. The project includes three components: a wharf, tank area, and oil pipelines. After the completion of the project, Zhejiang Petrochemical will establish a transportation route: Jintang - Cezi - Mamu - Yushan.
