Coal Mine Background
In 2019 Vitrinite was named the preferred tenderer to apply for, and was granted an exploration permit for an extra area of land for the mine which is over 35 square kilometres, adjacent to the existing area for the proposed mine.[1]
The Karin Project was acquired by Vitrinite in August 2016.[2]
