The pipeline runs from the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline (DBNGP) near Karratha, Western Australia to Cape Lambert, Western Australia.

Background
The pipeline is operated by Robe River Mining Company, a subsidiary of Rober River Iron Associates Joint Venture. The joint venture is comprised of RRM, Mitsui Iron Ore Development Pty Ltd, North Mining Limited, Cape Lambert Iron Associates, Mitsui Iron Ore Development Pty Ltd), and Pannawonica Iron Associates.[3]
