Background
The pipeline is used to transport unstable gas condensate from the Kharbeyskoye Oil and Gas Field to the Severo-Russkoye Oil and Gas Field from where the condensate is transported via the North Russkoye Condensate Pipeline and the Yurkharovskoye-Purovsk Condensate Pipeline to the Purovsky Gas Processing Plant. The construction of the pipeline began in 2020. NOVATEK started production at the field in 2021. Thus, the pipeline is presumed to be operating.[1][4][5][6]
