Kulanak Complex is a complex of hydroelectric power plants in pre-construction in Kyrgyzstan.

The complex consists of the following projects:

• Atbashin-2 hydroelectric plant
• Dzhilanaryk-1 hydroelectric plant
• Dzhilanaryk-2 hydroelectric plant
• Uchkun hydroelectric plant
