Background
On February 17, 2023, after on-site verification, Kuqa Qingsong Cement Co., Ltd. transferred its annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of cement clinker to Guangxi Heshan Hu Ying Building Materials Co., Ltd. The 3.34×52-meter new dry-process kiln with external decomposition kiln production line of Kuqa Qingsong Cement Co., Ltd. was dismantled on December 16, 2021.[1]
