L&L Energy, Inc. ("L&L"), formerly known as L&L International Holdings, is a coal-mining company founded in 1995. The company is incorporated in the State of Nevada with a corporate office located in Seattle, Washington. L&L is a member of the American Coal Council, one of the country's largest coal trade associations representing the business interest of the American coal industry.[1]
