The La Victoria-Las Monas pipeline, which forms part of PDVSA's Apure-Barinas pipeline[1], transports oil from Centro Operacional La Victoria to a junction with the Mata Larga-PT Silvestre oil pipeline at Las Monas in southern Apure state, Venezuela.
