Lanzhou cogen power station (华能兰州热电厂) is a retired power station in 143 Jiayuguan Road, Chengguan, Lanzhou, Gansu, China. It is also known as Lanzhou Dongcheng power station.

Background
The two Lanzhou cogen units, totaling 220 MW, were brought online between 1989 and 1990. It is a CHP power station, supplying heat to 8 million square meters of urban area of Lanzhou City. The plant was originally owned by China Guodian.[1]
The plant was shut down when Yuzhong cogen power plant was completed[2] and retired in 2019.[3]
