Background
The Larrau-Villar de Arnedo gas pipeline is owned and operated by Enagás, Spain's main natural gas carrier.[6]
The project, which was approved by the Order of the Ministry of Industry and Energy in 1991, was designed for the connection of the national gas pipeline network with the French gas pipeline network.[2]
