Background

In December 2020, there were underground diesel fuel storage tanks constructed on the east side of the coking project's sewage station, the north side of the toilets, and the south side of the rainwater collection pond, and a matching gasoline dispenser was constructed in the toilet's utility room, and the diesel fuel storage tanks and gasoline dispenser were put into use without safety verification. The fine is 12,500 yuan on June 16, 2023.[1]
