Background
In 2020, Jiangsu Delong Nickel Industry Co., Ltd. became the company interested in the reorganization of Jiangsu Shente Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and planned to build short-process steelmaking at the original site of Shente Iron and Steel. On November 30, 2020, Jiangsu Delong Nickel Industry Co., Ltd. established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Liyang Baorun Steel Co., Ltd., which is responsible for the construction and post-production operation of the stainless steel smelting project at the Liyang Base of Delong Group.
