Background
Longmay Jixi power station is a two-unit coal-fired power plant with a capacity of 50 MW. The plant is owned by Heilongjiang Longmay Mining.[1]
Expansion
A 135 MW expansion was proposed[2], but there has been no developments since March 2013, and plans appear to be deferred or abandoned.[3]
