Background
According to June 2020 data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), the pipeline runs from Lea County, New Mexico, to Midland, Texas, and is expandable to 350,000 barrels per day.[1]
As of 2022, the pipeline was able to transport 500,000 barrels of oil per day.[3]
