Background

Luoding power station is a two-unit coal-fired power plant with a total capacity of 270 MW. The plant was completed in 2004, and is owned by Guangdong Yudean Group. It is a CHP power plant, supplying heat and steam to Shuangdong Industrial Zone where it is located, besides power generation. [2]
