Menkeqing mine (中天合创能源有限责任公司门克庆煤矿) is a permitted coal mine located in the middle of Huji'erte mining area in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, China. It is sponsored and operated by Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co.

Coal Mine Background

In March 2014, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) approved the construction of Menkeqing mine with production capacity of 12 million tonnes(Mt) per year. In 2015, Menkeqing Mine was given the exploitation license by the Ministry of Land and Resources to extract coal. In the year of 2017, it entered into experimental operation phase.
