Background
Mordovtsement Cement Plant is the largest cement plant in Russia and uses all three types of cement production (e.g., wet, dry, semi-dry).[1] Company website lists capacity as "approximately 6 mtpa" on the plant's profile page,[1] but lists 5 mtpa in the monthly "Cement Review" press release.[2]
