Background

According to SWM, both units. GUD1 and GUD2 have planned retrofitting on them. After the updates GUD1 will have a capacity of 214 MW of electricity generation and 168 MW district heating generation and GUD2 will have a capacity of 429 MW of electricity generation and 436 MW of district heating generation.[6] GUD1 is reportedly set to be replaced[7], while GUD2 would be modernized.[8]
