Background
In 2013, CRH acquired Mykolaivcement plant and shut down wet clinker production line, making it a grinding facility with clinker supplied from Kamyanets-Podilskyi plant.[1] As of February 2025, with no news to suggest otherwise, the plant is assumed to be operating.[2]
