Background
In 2020, due to the lack of new reserves suitable for efficient coal mining, the Stashkov coal mine was decommissioned.[2][3] In August 2021, all horizons were de-energized, and the flooding of the mine began.[4]
In 2015 its production reached 1.3 million tonnes.[5]
