NRG Gladstone Operating Services is a consortium of companies which owns and operates the Gladstone power station. As of June 2011, the joint venture comprises Rio Tinto (42.125%), NRG Energy (37.5%), SLMA GPS Pty Ltd (8.50%), Ryowa II GPS Pty Ltd (7.125%) and YKK GPS (Queensland) Pty Ltd (4.75%).[1]
Affiliations
- Member, Ash Development Association of Australia, a lobby group promoting the use of coal-fired power station waste in building and other materials.[2]
