Background
The pipeline is owned and operated by Oil India Limited (OIL).[2] Naharkatiya-Barauni Crude Oil Pipeline and Naharkatiya-Digboi Crude Oil Pipeline are jointly called Duliajan-Digboi-Barauni-Bongaigaon Pipeline (1192.60 km).[5]
