Background
The 3 × 50 MW cogen units were reportedly granted permission to build on July 23, 2022, by Guangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission.[6][7] The three circulating fluidized bed units were to be built in Jingzhou, Nanning Liujing Industrial Park.[6]
Details of the Environmental Impact Assessment were published by the government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in November 2022. [8]
