Background
The project envisions the construction of a hydrogen pipeline system that mirrors the main path of the current natural gas pipeline system, involving both newly constructed pipelines and converted natural gas pipelines. The project reached FID status in 2023, with construction on the Rotterdam-Zeeland route having started in 2023. [3]
The route from the project is derived from the H2inframap, which displays a collection of hydrogen-related projects across Europe.[2]
