Background
Proletary cement plant, along with Pervomaisky and Oktyabr cement plants, is part of the Novoroscement OAO.[1] Novoroscement OAO and Verkhnebakansky Cement Plant fall under Gazmetallproekt Group. All four cement plants were charged with a violation of the anti-monopoly laws, identified through the price hikes in 2023.[2]
