Background
The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia opened an investigation in 2023 against Spasskcement and Vostokcement companies, of which Novospassky cement plant is a part of, on the grounds of a violation of paragraph 1 of part 1 of article 10 of the law on the protection of competition.[1]
