Background
Torrent Energy applied to build the pipeline in March 2018.[1] Torrent received permission to build the pipeline from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) in March 2020.[3] As of March 2023, PNGRB has listed the project in the 'under construction' category.[4]
