Background

South Korea's POSCO International and LX International are planning to build a 3.5 mtpa LNG import terminal in Dangjin, South Korea. The facility will have two storage tanks with a capacity of 270,000 kiloliters, two vaporizers with a capacity of 200 tons per hour, an LPG facility, and one LNG jetty, and it will supply South Korea's western region.[1]
