Pan'nan low-heat-value coal power station (贵州盘南低热值煤资源综合利用发电项目, 盘南2×660MW超超临界CFB燃煤发电机组) is a power station under construction in Dashan, Panzhou, Liupanshui, Guizhou, China. It is also known as 盘南风光火储多能互补能源基地2×660MW低热值煤资源综合利用发电项目.

Background
This 2 x 660 MW ultra-supercritical CFB coal-fired power station was reportedly permitted to build (黔发改能源〔2022〕719号) by Guizhou Provincial Development and Reform Commission on 20 September 2022.[2][3]
In 2022, the project was included in the construction plan of thermal power projects in Guizhou Province.[4]
In 2023, the project was included in the Guizhou Province Coal Power Projects Three-Year Action Plan (2023-2025), with construction expected to start in July 2023.[5] The two units were expected to be in operation by 2025.[5]
Harbin Electric Co. Ltd. won the contract to supply the generators[6][7] and Dongfang Boiler Group Co., Ltd won the bid to supply boilers.[8][9]
