Port of Bremen is in Bremen, Germany. It contains two ports: Bremen and Bremerhaven. Together, they are called the Bremenports. The ports handle coal.[1]

Background
In 2020, the total volume of seaborne freight handled at the quays and terminals in Bremen and Bremerhaven amounted to 66.5 million tons. Total throughput in 2020 breaks down into 10.4 million tons at the port facilities in Bremen City and 56.1 million tons in Bremerhaven. The leading cargo handled was ores, metal waste, iron, and steel.[2] In 2019, bulks amounted to 9.2 million tonnes, including 845 thousand tonnes of coal and coke.[3]
