Purovsk-Yuzhny Balyk-Tobolsk Product Pipeline (Russian: ШФЛУ-провод "Пуровский ЗПК-Тобольск-Нефтехим", магистральный продуктопровод "Пуровский ЗПК — Ноябрьская наливная эстакада — Южно-Балыкский ГПЗ — Тобольск-Полимер") is an operating NGL pipeline in Russia.[1]

Background

The pipeline transports a wide fraction of light hydrocarbons and connects NOVATEK's Purovsk Condensate Processing Plant in Tarko-Sale, SIBUR's Vyngapur Gas Processing Plant in Noyabrsk, SIBUR's Yuzhny Balyk Gas Processing Plant in Pyt-Yakh and SIBUR's Petrochemical Plant in Tobolsk. Commissioning of the pipeline, allowed to replace certain segments of the operating Yuzhny Balyk-Tobolsk Product Pipeline, significantly expanding its capacity and enhancing reliability.[1][7][8][9][10]
