Background
According to the 2023 announcement, Jiangshan Southern Cement Co., Ltd. absorbed and merged with Quzhou South Cement Co., Ltd., leading to the dissolution and deregistration of Quzhou South Cement Co., Ltd. The original capacity replacement plan for the 6,000 tons/day cement clinker production line project of Quzhou South Cement Co., Ltd. has been transferred to Jiangshan South Cement Co., Ltd. as the new implementing entity.[1]
