The Rani Atari Underground Coal Mine has a designed capacity of 0.48 MTPA in Sendurgarh coalfields on a mining lease area of 389.491 ha. It is operated by South Eastern Coalfields Limited. The project received its environment clearance for expansion from 0.18 MTPA to 0.48 MTPA on 8 April 2010.
