Rayong Cup-4 power station is a 48-megawatt (MW) gas-fired power plant under construction in Ban Chang, Ban Chang District, Rayong Province, Thailand.[1] It is also known as the Central Utility Plant Project 4.[2]

In their 2019 investor update, PTT called this effort "phase 1" of the CUP 4 expansion and stated that is 40% finished.[3] Phase 2 will likely involve polyols in some way.[4]
