Rayong Cup-4 power station is a 48-megawatt (MW) gas-fired power plant under construction in Ban Chang, Ban Chang District, Rayong Province, Thailand. It is also known as the Central Utility Plant Project 4.

Background

The project will support industrial development locally.

In their 2019 investor update, PTT called this effort "phase 1" of the CUP 4 expansion and stated that is 40% finished. Phase 2 will likely involve polyols in some way.
