Background

The pipeline connects Orla and Waha LNG plants for residue gas takeaway.[1]The construction of the pipeline was completed in May 2018 and began operations soon after.[1] The pipeline consists of 65 miles of 42” diameter pipeline in Texas, as well as 10.4 miles of 36” diameter pipeline and 6.2 miles of 30” diameter pipeline from Coyanosa, Texas  to Orla, Texas.[4]
