Background
A 2015 Energy Oil & Gas Profile of VTTI stated it was considering building a 120 km pipeline called the "Rotan pipeline between Europe’s two largest ports in Rotterdam and Antwerp."[1]
As of August 2021, no apparent progress has been made on this pipeline. Therefore, it is presumed to be cancelled.
