Background
This project is listed in ENTSOG's Ten-Year Network Development plan as a hydrogen-ready pipeline.[2] It is also part of the European Hydrogen Backbone.[1]
In December 2022, GAZ-SYSTEM announced it had signed two contracts for pipeline segments with ANTEA, a Polish engineering company, with an expected completion of design work in 2025.[4] This pipeline, along with the Rozwadów-Końskowola-Wronów Gas Pipeline, would form the Central East Corridor.
