Sapele II power station is an operating power station of at least 452-megawatts (MW) in Sapele, Delta, Nigeria with multiple units, some of which are not currently operating. It is also known as Sapele Power Station-Privatized.

Background
The plant has four units that were commissioned between 2011 and 2012.[11][12]
As of July 2022, the plant is fully operational.[13] The plant has three more units that were proposed. They are 151 MW each.[14]
In 2028, the three additional units are expected to come online.[14]
