Background
On March 3, 2022, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Public Notice on the Cement Clinker Production Line 'Demolition and Combination' Technical Transformation Capacity Plan of Shaanxi Shengwei Building Materials Group Co., Ltd." According to the notice, Shaanxi Shengwei Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. plans to "demolish and combine" and build a 4500t/d new dry-process cement clinker production line, along with a 500t/d municipal solid waste co-processing technical transformation project. The project is planned to be commissioned and put into production in July 2023.[1]
