Shin Oak NGL Pipeline is an operating natural gas liquids (NGL) pipeline in the United States.[1]
Location
The pipeline transports NGL production from multiple basins, including the Permian, to Enterprise Products Partners' NGL fractionation and storage complex in Mont Belvieu, Texas, United States.[1][2]

Capacity Expansion - Partial Looping
In August 2022, Enterprise announced a capacity expansion of the pipeline, to be in service by the first half of 2024.
In October 2023, the expansion was scrapped by Enterprise in lieu of the proposed Bahia Pipeline.[5] The company noted that the partial looping was not sufficient for their projected growth in the Permian Basin.[5]
