Background
The power station was owned by the Panzhihua Coal Group and had 270 MW of capacity.[1] The station was also known as the Baguanhe Washery power station, 华荣能源攀枝花矸石发电厂, 川煤攀煤煤矸石发电厂, and 川煤华荣能源股份公司煤矸石电厂.
