Background

The Expression of Interest (EoI) to Biuld, Own, and Operate (BOO) an offshore LNG terminal in Singapore was published in November 2019.[1] The regulatory framework for the LNG terminal remains in progress.[2]

There have been no development updates in over two years, and the project is presumed to be shelved as of 2022.

As of July 2024, there have been no project updates in over four years, and the project is presumed to be cancelled.
