In November 2003, Plains All American Pipeline completed the acquisition of the South Saskatchewan Pipeline System from South Saskatchewan Pipe Line Company. At Regina, the system can deliver crude oil to the Enbridge Pipeline System and to local markets. In addition, the system can indirectly deliver crude oil into Plains All American Pipeline's Wascana Pipeline System. [1][2][3]
