Background

Sri Ramchandrapur power project is a proposed 120 MW coal station in Odisha by Dr. RKP Power, an Indian power project development company.

An EIA was submitted in October 2014.

As of December 2018, the company has not received an Environmental Clearance for the project, and plans appear abandoned.
