Background
Sulbagut-2 power station would consist of two 100 MW units, scheduled for 2025 and 2026.[1] The two units were postponed to 2027 and 2028 in the 2018-2027 PT PLN long-range plan.[2]
In October 2021, the project was shelved under the government's long-range plan for 2021-2030.[3]
In October 2023, with no apparent news about the project since it was shelved, Sulbagut-2 power station was presumed to be cancelled.
