Background
The plant's pre-license was obtained in December 2017 and expired on Mar. 3, 2021.
Turkey's Energy Atlas-Enerji Atlasi-listed the plant as having an "associate license" (Google translate).[1]
In January 2023, with no apparent updates on the power station, the project was presumed shelved.
