Background
The Surgut-Yuzhny Balyk NGL Pipeline is used to transport a wide fraction of light hydrocarbons previously separated from gas condensate at the Surgut Condensate Stabilization Plant to Yuzhny Balyk Gas Processing Plant.[1][5]
