Background
The pipeline was built simultaneously with the startup of the first complex in the Suzun oil field. This connects the development of Suzunskoye (Suzun oil field) and Tagulskoye and Lodocnoye fields (which constitute the Vankor cluster).[2]
Construction on the pipeline began in 2014[3], and it was completed in 2016.[2]
